Zhangjiagang Huarui Hazardous Wastes Treating Center Co., Ltd. was founded by Jiangsu Huachang Group Co., Ltd., Zhangjiagang Yuanchang Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. and JiangSu Sevencontinent Green Chemical Co., Ltd. in 2003 with register capital of RMB 5 million Yuan. It is one of the hazardous wastes treating centers listed in State Hazardous Wastes and Medical Wastes Treating Facilities Establishment Plan. Huarui 6,000 tons/year hazardous wastes treating project was initiated in June 2003. And it was put into operation in November 2006.

Currently, Huarui covers the whole Zhangjiagang City. And it is the only hazardous wastes treating enterprise that provides safety incineration and treating service for various industry wastes and meical wastes.

As an important environmental protection measure, Huarui not only deals with hazardous wastes for each enterprise and medical unit, but also improve investment environment in Zhangjiagang City. It has played important role in the building of International Health Harbor, State Ecological Gardens City, State Civilized City and State Environment Protection Demonstration City. At present, Huarui makes plan to build 2nd stage incineration project. After it was completed, the annual treating quantity will increase to 23,000 tons.
